• $20+ hourly pay depending on experience
• Full-time, 1st shift schedule

• Full-time 1st Shift Welder/Fitter position in a fabrication facility
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel components
• Work Monday–Thursday with Friday overtime (may be mandatory)
• Hands‑on role focused on quality, safety, and precision
• Ideal for experienced welders seeking stability and growth

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to join steel parts and vertical uprights
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
• Cut, clean, shape, and align metal components for welding
• Adjust welding settings and conduct test welds to ensure quality
  
  Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain welding equipment

• Work Experience:
  
  Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required
• Special
  
  Certifications:
  
  Welding certifications preferred
• Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work in a physically active, hands‑on environment
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
