2nd Shift Laser Operator - Direct Hire Fort Wayne, IN Pro Resources is hiring a Laser Operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you'll be hired directly by the employer from day one. Pay & Schedule $22.00-$24.00/hour, based on experience +$3.00/hour shift premium for 2nd shift Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Overtime is frequently available on Fridays.

What You'll Do:

• Operate laser cutting machines to produce quality metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Set up and adjust machine settings for accurate production
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience operating laser cutting equipment or similar CNC machinery
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting
• Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently
• High school diploma or GED (technical training is a plus)
