2nd Shift Shift Brake Press Operator - Direct Hire

Fort Wayne, IN Pro Resources is hiring a Brake Press Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a direct hire opportunity, so you'll be hired directly by the employer and eligible for their excellent benefits package. $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience. $3.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd Shift. Monday-Thursday: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM. Overtime frequently available on Fridays. Direct hire with company benefits.

• Set up and operate brake press machines to bend and form metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Select the proper tooling and ensure machines are set up correctly for each job
• Inspect finished parts to verify quality and accuracy
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean
• Maintain a safe, organized work area
• Work closely with your team to meet production goals and deadlines

• 1-2 years of brake press experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to producing quality work and following safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods
