Job Duties
- Supports production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials.
- Rotates through tasks (for example, operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines while monitoring barcoding systems, overseeing tray packaging machines).
- Completes changeovers safely and efficiently.
- Visually monitors conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
- Oversees tray pack machines and completes changeovers safely and efficiently.
- Performs quality inspections and verifies sample compliance with specifications.
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ensures compliance with food safety and quality system requirements.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintains communication with departments, management, and associates, and promptly reports any issues or concerns that could hinder production efficiency.
- Immediately reports any food safety or quality issues to management.
- Applies a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Records production and/or quality data.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties and feedback.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe hourly wage range for this position is $21.90 - $27.40. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
