Our client is seeking dependable and motivated Stamping Operators to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate stamping presses, inspect parts for quality, package finished products, and help maintain a safe and efficient production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior production experience looking to grow with a stable company.

Location:

Fort Wayne, IN. Pay: $18.00/hour. Position Type:
Temp-to-Hire (Eligible for Hire After 600 Hours for the Right Candidate). Shift Options: 4am‑12:30pm or 8am‑4:30pm.

• Operate stamping presses according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Package and label products according to customer requirements.
• Record production quantities, hit counts, and material usage accurately.
• Assist with coil changes and support die repair technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Prior manufacturing or production experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
