Job Title:
Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM with training on 1st shift
Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to oversee the operation of sealant mixing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves monitoring production, ensuring product quality, troubleshooting machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery used to mix sealant according to production specifications
- Monitor input and output of materials to ensure efficient production flow
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime
- Clean and wipe down machinery and work areas regularly
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Minimum of 3 years of machine operating experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
