Sabert Corporation seeks a Lead Packer to join our production team in Indiana. The role oversees orientation and training of new packers, certifies staff, and provides back-up to supervisors on packer-related actions.
You will assign lines, track attendance, and ensure packing specs and equipment readiness for each shift. The Lead Packer will also partner with the Supervisor on progress conversations and support line downtime tasks, while maintaining safety and quality standards.
