HILLTIP INC is looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN! This is a great opportunity to bring your craftsmanship and attention to detail to a dynamic manufacturing environment where quality and precision matter.

• Apply industrial coatings, paints, and finishes to metal components and fabricated products
• Operate spray guns, airless sprayers, and other industrial painting equipment
• Mix and match paints and coatings to achieve proper viscosity and color specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials and solvents
• Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials

• Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing painting preferred
• Familiarity with spray painting equipment and surface preparation techniques
• Knowledge of industrial coatings, primers, and finishing systems
• Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or finishing specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper handling of paints and solvents
