It becomes great because someone takes the time to make sure it’s assembled correctly, inspected carefully, and packed to arrive in perfect condition. As a Packer in our Covers Department, you’re the final set of hands that ensures every spa cover leaving our facility meets the quality our customers expect. The work you do protects one of the most important parts of every hot tub.

It helps ensure customers receive a product that’s ready to perform from the moment it arrives. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in quality, and like being part of a team that builds something real every day, this is a role where your work truly matters.

• Pack foam cores into vinyl spa covers according to customer specifications.
• Assemble shipping boxes and prepare products for safe transportation.
• Label products accurately so every order arrives exactly where it should.
• Keep products organized throughout the packing process to support inventory accuracy and production flow.

• Inspect every cover for tears, dents, cracks, or other defects before it leaves the department.
• Follow quality standards throughout the packing process.
• Report concerns immediately so issues are corrected before products reach customers.
• Take pride in sending out work you’d be proud to receive yourself.

• Work alongside Production and Quality teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities and help wherever you’re needed.
• Contribute to a positive, dependable team environment where everyone works toward the same goal.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and proper material handling practices.

Job Type: Full Time

Monday‑Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (mandatory overtime possible)

Starting rate of $16.50/hr.

• eligible for merit increases after 90 days of continuous employment
