Truss Builder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)

As a Truss Builder, you will be responsible for assembling roof and floor trusses using engineered drawings, hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment. You'll work as part of a team to ensure products are built accurately, safely, and efficiently while meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and production drawings.
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other manufacturing equipment safely.
• Measure and verify materials for accuracy.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Move lumber and completed trusses throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience is not required.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Comfortable performing repetitive work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
