• Operate CNC (computer numerical controlled) machinery to fabricate PTFE parts.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Perform own job set up.
• Use measuring equipment such as scales, micrometers, PI tapes, optical comparators, and calipers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
• Participate in continuously improving the facility’s certification programs (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, etc.) to achieve plant goals and objectives.
• Maintain exceptional standards of quality for Machinist.

• Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.
• 2nd Operation machining.
• Counting and kitting of components for shipment.
• Operate manual lathe and drill press as required.

CNC turning lathes, Manual Machines, 2nd Operations equipment, Measuring instruments, Standard PC and Applications.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 1 year seniority with the company OR Certification in one of the following:
  Machining, CNC machining, Machine Technology or completion of a relevant program.

• Certification in one of the following:
  Machining, CNC machining, Machine Technology or completion of a relevant program.
• 2 years of experience in Machining for 5
  * consideration.
• 3 years of experience in Machining for 6
  * consideration.
