Assembler - Weld Assist

Position Overview

• Work safely at all times and report hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Engineering Prints.
• Visually inspect and audit units for quality; discuss quality issues with lead or supervisor to resolve problems.
• Use electric and pneumatic hand tools to perform maintenance or assembly.
• Seek positive solutions to issues and problems.
• Complete work within takt time while keeping work area clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must wear mandatory personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).
• Must be willing to work extended hours to meet business needs.
• Experience using hand and small power tools (drill, saw, sanders, measuring tape, level, etc.).
• Must read and interpret blueprints.
• Previous manufacturing or machinery experience preferred.
• Must communicate and work in a team environment.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Hourly pay range: $19.00 – $21.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k) with up to 4% match, Health Savings Account with company contribution, wellness program, self‑purchase discounts, and more.

Must stand, lift 50–100 lbs, walk, push/pull, reach, climb stairs, squatting, kneeling, and perform fine hand movements. Must have good near and peripheral vision and cope with indoor/outdoor environments and seasonal temperature extremes.
