The Judge Group is seeking an Engineering Manager for a manufacturing company in the Fort Wayne, IN area. You will lead and coach a diverse engineering team spanning manufacturing, CNC programming, and NPI to drive design for manufacturability and production readiness.
You will own new product launches, guide cost and quoting activities with customers, and push continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving.
