Torrey Holistics is seeking a Manufacturing Cell Team Lead for the 2nd shift in Fort Wayne, IN. You will lead the production line, coach operators, and work with maintenance to resolve pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues while driving safety, quality, and throughput.
You’ll supervise during absences, coordinate setups, and monitor KPIs to sustain continuous improvement and 5S organization. A hands-on, collaborative leader with strong problem-solving is essential.
