Monitors dairy plant production processes including milk receiving, separation, standardization, pasteurization, and batching following SOPs and GMPs;
Verifies charts and records temperatures and product data; maintains accurate paperwork;
Troubleshoots basic to moderate operating difficulties and communicates issues to management;
Adheres to safety practices including PPE, confined-space safety, and safe chemical handling;
Maintains sanitation of equipment and areas; participates in CIP and hand cleaning; supports continuous improvement initiatives.
