Materials Scheduler

AWS/CES is looking for a Materials Scheduler for our automotive manufacturing client

• Location: Fort Wayne, IN
• Pay rate: up to $36/hr
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: 7am-4pm

• Plan supplier deliveries and production schedules using SAP/MRP to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, material flow, and supplier deliveries to support production.
• Coordinate with suppliers and plant teams to resolve delivery issues and ensure on-time shipments.
• Develop and maintain daily production and customer delivery schedules.
• Expedite materials and adjust schedules to meet customer demand.
• Support engineering changes, new product launches, and supplier transitions.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Analyze open orders, customer past-due reports, and present action plans for improvement.

• 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, or inventory control experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP systems required;
  SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point .
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with the flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
