Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead floor operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility. You will direct daily shift activities, drive machinery efficiency, maintain safety and quality standards, and optimize labor and material costs.
Responsibilities include leading shift meetings, troubleshooting equipment, enforcing 5S and safety regs, tracking performance, and developing the team. Strong GMP/quality background and Lean/Six Sigma experience are important.
