Main Responsibilities and Duties

Count good parts, rejected parts and parts that require reworking Identify and report machine downtime Insert material into and removing them from the systems Ensure the use of the 5S methodology at the workstation Work through cleaning and inspection plans Perform the machining steps set out in the work plan Confirm the good parts, rejected parts and parts that require reworking, the machining time and downtime and the reasons for any deviations in the defined ERP system Execute the material request and the material consumption posting in the defined ERP system Pack and label produced parts as per the defined specifications Carry out defined quality checks Use individual systems and/or implementing multi-system operation Start/restart systems as per the documentation or specifications Fix temporary machine interruptions that fall within the defined responsibility Escalate technical problems in line with the defined escalation matrix Carry out set-up process Perform additional tasks as required Shift

Ability to work 3rd shift Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
