We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC & Manual Tube Bender Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position will assist with the setup and operation of CNC and manual rotary draw benders used in tube bending operations. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately measure and inspect finished products.
1st Shift – 6am-2pm, Monday-Friday $17/hr
Job Duties- Assist with the setup of CNC and manual rotary draw benders for tube bending operations.
- Operate bending machinery under supervision to bend tubes according to specifications.
- Prepare, organize, and arrange tools and equipment needed for tube bending processes.
- Perform basic measurements using precision instruments, including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Gauges
- Indicators
- Tape measures
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
- Interpret basic geometric tolerances and apply them when completing bending operations.
- Inspect finished products to ensure dimensions and quality meet specifications.
- Follow established quality procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other related manufacturing duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and measurements.
- Willingness to learn CNC and manual tube bending equipment.
- Must have and wear steel-toed shoes or boots.
- Experience operating or setting up CNC machinery.
- Previous tube bending or metal manufacturing experience.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and processes.
