Position: Finisher I - 1st or 2nd Shift

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finisher I to join our #One Avalign Team. In this role, you will perform finishing operations, including mass finishing, cleaning and passivation, etc. to meet customer requirements for medical instruments and implants. This position is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Shift Opportunities
  • 1st Shift
    • Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift
    • Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM
    • 15% shift premium
What You’ll Do
  • Operate and maintain finishing equipment to smooth, polish, clean, and passivate medical devices and implants.
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and inspection sheets to meet quality specifications.
  • Perform quality checks using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately and enter data into company systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Crosstrain in other finishing processes.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations; wears personal protective equipment in accordance with safety and training guidelines.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and blueprints is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
