As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a hands‑on role in building high‑quality products while working alongside a team that values reliability, teamwork, and doing the job right. This is a cross‑trained role, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to learn and work in multiple areas of production.

• Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure quality production
• Perform tasks across multiple departments as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Depending on your training and department, you may be involved in:

• Preparing materials and forming spa shells
• Installing jets, plumbing, and electrical components
• Assembling frames and structural components
• Testing products for quality and performance
• Finishing, detailing, and packaging final products

You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of manufacturing processes and skills as part of your development.

This is a hands‑on, active role in a manufacturing setting. You should be comfortable with:

• Repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling 50–100 lbs. with assistance
• Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
• Working in non‑temperature‑controlled environments
• Working with materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related products

• 4‑day work week with potential overtime
• On‑the‑job training and cross‑training across departments

M-TH 7p-5a with two paid 20‑minute breaks

Base rate of $16.50 + a $2/hr. third shift premium
