Pro Resources is seeking a skilled 1st shift Welder for a steel fabrication company located in Fort Wayne, IN.
Shift and Compensation $19.00 based on experience
Hours:
6 – 2 PM or 7 – 3 PM.
- Successful completion of a welding test to demonstrate proficiency
- Strong knowledge and ability to accurately use a tape measure
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and setting up welding equipment for production
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new practices, as we provide training opportunities
- Experience in TIG welding would be highly advantageous
- Previous training from a welding school would be a valuable asset
- Perform MIG/TIG welding on a wide range of components, including structural and sheet metal pieces
- Follow blueprints and shop drawings to ensure precise execution of welding tasks
- Operate various torches and grinders proficiently
- Lay out components, align them accurately, and fit them together with precision familiar with Cobots and programming for welding #Fort Wayne
