Heritage Pointe is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs for 3rd shift positions at our Fort Wayne, Indiana location. A successful candidate should be reliable, enjoy working with people, have excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to work under pressure. As a member of our successful healthcare team, you would provide high-quality nursing care for our residents, offer guidance and support to other team members, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently.

- Identify patients’ care requirements, focus on their needs, and act on them
- Resolve or report on patients’ needs or problems
- Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services
- Follow care regulations and standards

- Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Compassionate with good communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Hours:
Full-time or Part-time
- Licensed by the State of Indiana
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Nursing Licensed (Required)
- RN (Preferred)
