About the Role
You will assist RNs and physicians with patient care tasks, including medication administration charting, vital sign measurement, patient observation, and patient comfort.
Responsibilities- Chart and record medication and treatment administration.
- Observe patients and report changes.
- Perform specific procedures such as vital signs measurement, weight and height recording, and diagnostic tests.
- Comfort and reassure patients.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana.
