Job Description:

Private Duty Registered Nurse RN

Warsaw, IN | Hiring Immediately

3 days a week. One patient. Full-time hours.

No rotating shifts.

No overloaded assignments.

No chaos.

What You Will Do

* Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home

* Follow and adjust the plan of care

* Monitor patient condition and report changes

* Communicate with physician and care team

* Complete timely and accurate documentation

What You Need

* Active RN license

* 1+ year nursing experience

* Comfortable working independently

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to assist with patient mobility, up to 50 pounds
