Beginning full‑time ASAC for 3‑6 months with the option to extend. Schedule is Monday‑Friday, 5x8’s, guaranteeing a 40‑hour work week. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call. - Case Mix:
General, Endo, GYN, and Ortho - Support Staff/Supervision:
Independent Model - Credentialing Time‑Frame: 1‑3 months
- Active IN License:
Highly preferred upfront - Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage:
Must be all‑inclusive - The Independence Difference:
- Travel accommodations handled by the in‑house travel team, plus additional after‑hours support through Christopherson Travel.
- All Independence providers receive comprehensive benefits, including healthcare coverage through the Independent Contractors Benefits Association (ICBA).
- Weekly pay—no wait for payday.
- IAS takes care of new licensing logistics and covers the cost.
- Referral program: earn $1,000 when a referred anesthesia provider signs on and works 160 hours, with additional rewards for multiple referrals.
