Position: CNA: Full Time and Part Time

Position Overview

Byron Wellness Community is a long‑term care provider focused on innovation and quality care. This role involves providing direct care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

Shift Hours

1st

Shift: 6:15 am – 2:30 pm
2nd

Shift: 2:15 pm – 10:30 pm
3rd Shift: 10:15 pm – 6:30 am

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, skin care, grooming, nail care, and dressing.
  • Assist with meals and transfer residents to the dining room as needed; assist with turning, positioning, exercising, transferring and ambulation.
  • Answer call lights.
  • Follow documentation requirements for resident care.
  • Offer emotional support to residents and their families.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Be certified by the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) as a C.N.A. in good standing.
  • Preferred: prior experience working with long‑term care residents.
