Nurse Manager Opportunity with the Clinical Resource Group - Float Pool

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse – Monday to Friday, Day Shift.

The Nurse Manager plays a key leadership role in the delivery of clinical services. The Nurse Manager oversees the nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and manages administrative and regulatory responsibilities.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Minimum of three years’ clinical experience in geriatric care plus at least one year as a departmental manager in a skilled nursing setting.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
• Active Indiana RN license or LPN license.
• Willingness to travel within a 50‑mile radius of home.

• Competitive Pay: RN $46/hour and LPN $40/hour.
