auto offer lutheran hospital rn / cvor shift: 06:30am-5:00pm call requirements: every 5th weekday and every 5th weekend no option for block schedule duration: 13 weeks gh: 72 bi-weekly bill rate: $100 certification required: in state license, bls years of experience required: 2- 4 years in cv scope of role: able to circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases including cabg, avr, mvr, ascending aortic aneurysms, aortic root replacements, abdominal aortic aneurysm repairs, femoral-popliteal bypass, carotid endarterectomy, av fistula, impella placement, ventricular assist devices, ecmo cases, thoracotomy, robotic thoracotomy required skills: cabg, avr, mvr, ascending aortic aneurysms, aortic root replacements, abdominal aortic aneurysm repairs, femoral-popliteal bypass, carotid endarterectomy, av fistula, impella placement, ecmo cases, thoracotomy, ventricular assist devices, av fistula, robotic thoracotomy.
( cardiac, thoracic and vascular cases) patient ratio: 1:1 number of beds in unit: 4 or suites scrubs: provided by hospital emr: cerner

** travelers must be greater than 50 miles from facility – local candidates not accepted
