• Hospital-employed position with a respected regional health system
• Join a collaborative and multidisciplinary Heart Failure team

  • Outpatient clinic care
  • Inpatient rounding and patient management
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Shared inpatient night and weekend call responsibilities
• Opportunity to care for patients across the continuum of heart failure treatment and management
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Experienced Nurse Practitioners and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
