The registered professional clinical nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision and coordination of competent, evidence‑based care along the care continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN participates in decision‑making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient care plan, achieve outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required;
  Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• More than two years of acute care experience may compensate for lack of national accreditation (subject to review by the Chief Nursing Officer).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• Other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.
