Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Practice Nurse Program
- LPN/LVN License in Indiana
- CPR/TB Certified
Responsibilities:
- As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will greet and prepare patient for examination. Assist the Provider and/or primary nurse during patient examination, testing, treatment, and patient education. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensures compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures.
