Travel Registered Nurse – NICU (Evenings)

Fort Wayne, Indiana

Contract | 13 Weeks | Evenings 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM | Onsite | Travel Position (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 NICU setting, managing a caseload ranging from stable feeder growers to critically ill neonates
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 depending on patient acuity and unit needs
• Float within the facility to assist in other areas as needed, without taking a primary assignment in other units
• Participate in block scheduling and adhere to unit-specific protocols and scrub dress code (navy blue)
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, specifically at Level 3 acuity
• Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be accepted
• Valid driver's license with permanent home address matching submitted  at time of submission

• Experience caring for a broad spectrum of neonatal patients across varying acuity levels within a Level 3 NICU
• Comfort with floating to support other areas of a facility while maintaining primary NICU focus

• Work in a well-established 40-bed NICU with no on-call requirements, offering a structured and predictable schedule
• Block scheduling available, providing consistency and work-life balance throughout your 13-week assignment
