Staff Nurse (LPN) Nights

Position Overview

Allendale Behavioral Health is hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adult patients receiving inpatient mental health and psychiatric care. This role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with our RN and provider teams.

• Monitor patient condition and report changes to RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice
• Assist with patient assessments and daily medical needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and ethical care standards
• Support safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current LPN license in the State of Indiana
• Experience in mental health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment preferred
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care
• Strong time management and communication skills
