Dupont Hospital

, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our experienced and collaborative Neonatology team in a busy 42-bed Level III NICU
. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at the top of your license while caring for high-acuity neonatal patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights
  • Join an established team of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers
  • Practice in a 42-bed Level III NICU
  • Flexible 12-hour shift schedule
  • Collaborative Neonatology group with strong physician and APP support
  • Attend high-risk deliveries and provide comprehensive neonatal care
  • Work closely with a dedicated Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program serving high-risk prenatal patients
  • Participate in ground neonatal transports as needed
  • Opportunity to develop and maintain advanced procedural skills, including:
    • Central line placement
    • Airway and ventilator management
    • Thoracentesis
    • Post-operative neonatal care
Candidate Qualifications
  • NICU experience is required
