This position assists our Physicians, Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants with patient care in the clinic setting and provides phone support to our patients. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, answering patient calls, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Jefferson office in Fort Wayne; may assist at other nearby locations. Must possess clinical certification/licensure as a RN or LPN. Full-time, Monday thru Friday.
