Responsible for performing all typical patient care and clerical tasks required within an office-based nursing role. May perform in the nursing role with direct patient care, or in a phone or schedule role.

• Performs all necessary patient care duties and clerical duties
• Responsible for participating in patient education, including test results, patient calls, and education in the office
• Serves as a resource for the Medical Assistant staff, and other staff members as necessary
• Participates in meetings and committees as assigned
• Maintains accurate and timely recordkeeping
• Responsible for other tasks as assigned

• Onsite, 40 hours per week (8 hour shifts, M-F)

• Degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing required
• Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license
• One year or more of experience as a licensed nurse required, OBGYN experience preferred
• Knowledge of nursing theory, practices and regulations
