American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring level 1/2 trauma center and da Vinci Robot experience.

• Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital setting
• Circulate surgical cases and manage all nursing care within the operating room
• 4-10 hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call requirements of 1-2 shifts per week from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 13-week assignment
• Uses Cerner EMR

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Level 1 or 2 trauma center experience required
• da Vinci Robot experience required
• Neuro-spine and cranial surgical experience required
• Pediatric OR experience preferred
• Ortho trauma experience preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required for consideration
• Valid driver's license with permanent home address matching  for consideration

• Observe the surgical team from a broad perspective and assist in creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for patient surgery
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility as local candidates are not accepted
