• Work at multiple locations in the Ft. Wayne and surrounding areas
• Flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN)
• Consistent and guaranteed monthly schedule
• Variety in your work environment
• No agency contract hopping

• Provide care across multiple facilities
• Support teams with staffing needs
• Deliver high-quality resident care
• Document and communicate changes

• Pay Active – Have immediate access up to 50% for your pay
• Medical/Dental/Vision insurance available
• Plans starting as low as $20 a week

• Full time, Part time and PRN offered

• Active RN license in Indiana and minimum of 1 year of LTC Nursing Home Experience
• Willingness to travel locally (within ~50 miles)
• Strong teamwork and adaptability
