Community Health Systems in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an RN Dialysis - PRN to join an acute dialysis team. The RN provides patient-centered nursing care, coordinating and delivering care during hemodialysis, CRRT, and PD in an inpatient setting per physician orders and protocols.
You will perform assessments, monitor patients, administer medications, respond to emergencies, educate patients and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards while collaborating with the care team.
