American Traveler is hiring a Behavioral Health RN for a 13-week assignment requiring 2+ years of recent psych/BH experience and flexibility to float across adolescent, adult, and geriatric units.
Details- Behavioral health facility with Adolescent, Adult, and 55+ Geriatric units
- Must be open to floating to any unit as needed
- Adult patient population with low acuity
- Patient ratio of 1:5
- 12-hour day shifts, 7am-7:30pm
- Must work 36 hours per week including every other weekend
- Uses Wellsky EHR for documentation and Omnicell for medication management
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent behavioral health/psychiatric nursing experience
- CPI or Handle with Care de-escalation experience preferred
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Newly opened 120-bed facility currently onboarding unit by unit
- Local candidates accepted within a 30-mile radius for local rates; travel rates apply beyond that radius
