Description:
The unit has a total of 12 beds.
The nurse to patient ratio is 3-4:1 on Progressive Care and 4-5:1 on Medsurg.
Travelers are required to attend the training program and receive orientation on the unit.
Floating to other units is required as needed.
Drip titration experience is required for those who are comfortable with it; otherwise, floating to Medsurg or Tele units will occur.
Epic is used as the charting system in this role.
The dress code consists of Caribbean blue scrubs.
