Interim Health Care Hospice in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN work. Provide home-based care focused on quality of life for patients with six months or less to live. You will join an interdisciplinary team and educate families on prognosis, care plans, and hospice goals.
We offer 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios, mileage reimbursement, flexible assignments, and online training with CEUs. Indiana RN license and CPR certification are required.
