Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12 hours) with a finish-up shift on Monday morning (4 hours). Primarily responsible for admissions.
Role: The Registered Nurse Admissions assesses, evaluates, and coordinates care plans within their scope of practice. Ensures compliance with current standards, physician’s orders, agency policies, and applicable regulations. Delivers professional nursing services consistent with education, experience, and legal standards.
About You- Registered Nurse license
- Preferred:
Minimum one year experience in home health or hospice nursing - Ability to build rapport with patients, families, and referral sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency preferred
- Willingness to travel 50-75%
