Specialty Infusion Field Nurse Accredo – Fort Wayne

As a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse at Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, you will provide life-changing care to patients in their homes, focusing on the administration of specialty medications and fostering meaningful relationships to drive positive health outcomes.

• Location: Fort Wayne, IN
• Schedule: Part-time, 32 hours/week

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Education: Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience: At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare. Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting.
