This hospital maintains an organized perioperative program with established workflows designed to support quality anesthesia care delivery across multiple surgical specialties. The facility operates under a physician supervision model with 100% hands-on MD involvement within a structured on-site clinical environment. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought on an ASAP ongoing basis to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Fort Wayne offers a range of attractions suited to diverse interests, including the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, Science Central with over 200 hands-on exhibits, and the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory. Clinicians on assignment may also explore specialty museums, take walking tours, and enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and paddling. Parkview Field and a variety of dining options round out the experience throughout the area.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model with 100% hands-on MD involvement during day shifts, working Monday through Friday on a 5x8 schedule for 40 hours per week. The surgical case mix includes Endoscopy, OB, General Surgery, and Orthopedics; proficiency in blocks, spinals, and epidurals is required for this assignment. No call coverage is required, and no weekend obligations are associated with this position.

Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
