We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused provider who enjoys delivering comprehensive primary care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
The NP will manage approximately 12–16 patients per day, providing preventive, chronic disease, and acute care services. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health outcomes while maintaining a manageable patient volume.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $108,466 – $162,698 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
- Primary care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
