Position: (USA) Quality Systems Specialist, Manufacturing-Interview (9:30pm-8:00am Thurs-Sun)-$25.50/hr

Position Summary What you'll do

  • Ensures Quality Systems (for example, CAPA, Non-Conformance, Trending, Customer Complaints, System/Process Change Control, etc. ) compliance and drives improvements by providing guidance and ensuring corrective and/or preventative actions are implemented adequately and timely; recording and recommending improvements regarding sensitive information; auditing food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing practices; issuing non-conformance to necessary processes; notifying leaders and associates for gaps in quality programs;

    monitoring status of actions and closure; and assessing corrective and/or preventative action effectiveness.
  • Supports setting compliance and/or regulatory objectives for increased efficiencies, compliance, and quality relating to the business by participating in customer/regulatory audits through the presentation of programs and records; identifying process improvements; supporting continuous improvement initiatives; preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); and creating Annual Product Reviews for management decision making.
  • Ensures products are produced to specification by verifying all documentation requirements; monitoring adherence to meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.
