Quality Manager - Fort Wayne in Fort Wayne

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Manager in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This is a direct-hire position and salary will depend on experience.

• Implement and maintain a quality program that meets customer requirements and corporate standards
• Maintain documentation regarding all specifications and standards
• Complete monthly checks of any revisions and maintain them in the system
• Work directly with customers in quality problem solving efforts
• Manage quality inspectors and internal/external auditing system
• Complete any customer requested documentation regarding quality
• Supervise and train quality personnel using 8D methodology
• Oversee plant ISO, IATF 16949 and other regulatory compliance standards and requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management or related field
• Experience in managing key automotive quality processes in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma is a plus
