Fuel Center Clerk – Kroger

Join Kroger as a Fuel Center Clerk and support customers at the fuel center.

Assist customers, manage cash register, maintain cleanliness, recover stock, fill incident/security reports, and comply with safety and company values.

• Model customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent service
• Pump gas
• Complete daily tour and inspection
• Fill out incident and security reports
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
• Recover displays and maintain cleanliness of department
• Perform cashier functions
• Answer telephones
• Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines
• Promote company initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans and procedures
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work without direct supervision

• Any related experience
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
